At the helm is Pier Francesco, entrepreneur and soul of the restaurant, who interprets Tuscan seafood tradition with authenticity and elegance. Catch of the day, select shellfish, and organic and local ingredients create dishes that exalt flavor without being overbearing. The menu features classics such as trabaccolara, seafood risotto, spaghetti with scampi, cacciucco, and fried mixed seafood, served in a panoramic room overlooking the sea. The spacious covered dining rooms, protected from wind and rain, allow you to enjoy the pleasure of dining at any time: lunch under the Versilia sun, dinner accompanied by a sea breeze.
